Privacy
In order to offer you an efficient service we need to collect some information from you. The information you provide is held only to enable me to complete orders and arrange payment on your instructions. I do not give, hire or sell information to third parties. Threefold Designs may wish to contact you in the future if I have products I think you would be interested in. If you do not want to receive any further information from me, please send me an email stating that you wish to "unsubscribe".
Postage
Once I have received your order and the payment has cleared, a receipt will be issued to you with the dispatched goods. I aim to despatch your order the next working day once payment has cleared. Shipping is estimated 1 - 3 weeks, depending on your location. If on occasion the item is out of stock despatch will be as soon as possible. I cannot accept any responsibility for loss or non delivery of items which are not registered.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, send the item(s) back to Threefold Designs. I will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery(unless goods are faulty).
International orders
PLEASE NOTE: all kits are priced in Australian Dollars. The amount you pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.
